Our Story
Built for the Demands That Residential Companies Can't Meet
In 1999, Marcus Ellison walked away from managing grounds for a major REIT portfolio with one clear observation: commercial property managers were consistently underserved by landscape contractors who divided their attention between residential and commercial clients.
The documentation wasn't there. The reporting was inconsistent. Account managers changed every season. And the contracts were written for convenience, not compliance.
EliteScaper was founded to fill that gap: a landscape management firm built exclusively for the HOAs, property managers, and corporate clients who needed a contractor that could operate at their level.
Twenty-five years later, we manage over 12 million square feet of commercial landscape across the eastern seaboard. We've never taken a residential client. We never will.
